RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and policies, ensuring that preventive maintenance is carried out punctually and to high standards, and ensuring high equipment availability through continuous improvement.
In particular, the selected candidates will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
Prioritize best practices for health and safety in all daily activities, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations. Perform planned preventive maintenance on all equipment on-site. Promptly address equipment failures, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and work efficiently to resolve issues. Support continuous improvement by learning from failures and providing feedback and improvement suggestions to supervisors. Ensure equipment availability for internal customers. Support and learn from shift supervisors (Senior Technicians). Manage suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the selection process, candidates are required to have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience with maintenance planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting automation systems for material handling equipment (MHE).
- Experience in interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Experience in conveyor belt maintenance and motor/inverter controls.
WORK CONDITIONS
The work will involve shifts, including night shifts and weekends. The contract and salary will be discussed during the selection process.
